Role Summary
MetaBox Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Solution Implementer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about technology and business processes to contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise solutions for our diverse client base, with a particular focus on Zoho applications. You will work closely with our experienced team to understand client needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the entire implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Solution Implementations: Assist in the implementation of enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on Zoho applications, including configuration, customization, data management and testing.
- Business Process Analysis: Participate in gathering and documenting client business requirements, helping to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
- Solution Configuration & Customization: Learn to configure enterprise applications to align with client workflows and contribute to the development of custom features, specialized modules, and automations under guidance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to client requirements.
- User Training & Support: Assist in preparing training materials and deliver training as well as providing basic user support during and after implementation.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of system configurations, processes, and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of Zoho applications and other enterprise systems.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
- A strong interest in enterprise systems, digital transformation, business process optimization, and technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute and grow within a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with an ERP, or other business management software, is a major advantage.
- Prior experience or exposure to Zoho applications is a plus but not required.
