Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from MetaBox’s records, please follow the steps below:

1. Compose an Email:
   Send an email to contact@metabox.mu from the email address associated with the data you want to be deleted. In the subject line, please write: “Data Deletion Request.”
   
2. Include Information:
   In the body of the email, please include the following information:

• Your full name
• A clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data

   For security and verification purposes, we may require additional information to confirm your identity before processing your request. Please be prepared to provide any necessary details to assist in the verification process.
   
2. Confirmation:
   Once we receive your email and verify your identity, we will promptly process your data deletion request in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
   

Please note that certain legal obligations or legitimate interests may require us to retain certain data for a specific period. We will inform you of any limitations or exceptions if applicable.
